The 17th Street Streetscape project is divided into four (4) phases. Contractors will work and substantially complete the work in the current phase before beginning work in the next phase. Although each phase contains three (3) blocks, the Contractors will complete work on individual blocks and not work on three blocks simultaneously. The Contractor will work on either the Westside or the Eastside of 17th Street during each phase. The Westside is completed during the A sub-phase and the Eastside is completed during the B sub-phase of the project. The final phase will include milling and resurfacing of 17th Street and side streets within the limits. All final pavement marking and signing shall be completed in this phase.
